Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad has introduced L3 Kitchen, an all-day dining destination built around an immersive live-cooking experience. The new restaurant brings together regional Indian flavours, global favourites, Italian and Oriental specialities, with dishes prepared with a visible focus on freshness and culinary craft. The property’s Yard & Brew café and bar complements the new dining experience with handcrafted beverages and cocktails.

Hibachi Garden brings Japanese teppanyaki to Bengaluru with live-fire cooking taking centre stage. Set within EAST, the resort’s lakeside Asian dining destination, the new experience combines culinary theatre with curated seafood, meat and vegetarian selections. Guests can expect ingredients such as black cod, salmon, prawns, scallops, tenderloin and wild mushrooms, alongside yakitori, yakimeshi and yaki udon.

The cocktail programme draws inspiration from migratory birds and India’s diverse regional ingredients.

Mumbai-born Stand By Coffee is expanding its neighbourhood café story with its newest Juhu outpost. Built around quality coffee without unnecessary fuss, the café combines espresso-based drinks and pour-overs with all-day breakfast, comfort food and contemporary plates. The Juhu location also introduces Ube to the brand’s beverage menu, adding another playful element to its evolving café offering.

Wendy’s India has expanded its Pune presence with a new outlet at Elpro City Square Mall in Pimpri-Chinchwad. Its recently launched Teriyaki Burger range also adds a Japanese-inspired option to the mix.
