The trailer of the upcoming Hindi suspense thriller and courtroom drama ‘Love Lottery’ was unveiled at a special press conference in Delhi, offering a glimpse into a story where love, marriage, betrayal and the law collide.
The 2-minute-10-second trailer introduces audiences to a world of complicated relationships, hidden truths and emotional conflicts, while keeping the film’s central mystery largely under wraps. The trailer launch was attended by lead actors Akshay Oberoi, Vijayant Kohli and Agni Agyari, along with director Arvind Pandey and producer Kuldeep Bhargava ‘Tushar’.
Produced by Cinema-Ganj Films, ‘Love Lottery’ delves into the darker complexities of modern relationships, touching upon marriage, divorce, mistrust, deception and relationships driven by money. The narrative combines these themes with suspense and courtroom drama, leaving audiences questioning who is telling the truth and what really happened.
The trailer opens up a series of questions surrounding relationships built on pretence and emotional manipulation. Among the film’s prominent themes are legal battles and questions around men’s rights, adding a social dimension to its otherwise suspense-driven narrative.
A particularly striking dialogue from the trailer “A woman can truly belong to only two people: her own child and herself” sets the tone for some of the film’s more provocative conversations around relationships, individuality and personal rights.
Akshay Oberoi takes centre stage as the film’s central character, seemingly caught in a complicated web of trust, marriage and betrayal. Heli Daruwala, along with the ensemble cast, adds further layers to the narrative, with each character appearing to hold pieces of the larger mystery.
Speaking about the film, director Arvind Pandey says, “Love Lottery is not just a story about relationships. It looks at the questions and conflicts that can emerge when love, marriage, trust and the law collide. We wanted to tell the story through suspense and emotion while keeping the audience guessing. The trailer gives you a glimpse, but the real truth unfolds only in the film.”
Producer Kuldeep Bhargava ‘Tushar’ adds, “Love Lottery brings together relationship conflicts, legal battles, emotional confrontations and questions around men’s rights, but presents them through an entertaining suspense-driven narrative. The trailer raises some important questions, but whether someone is right or wrong and what actually happened is something audiences will discover in the theatre.”
Directed by Arvind Pandey and produced by Kuldeep Bhargava ‘Tushar’ under the banner of Cinema-Ganj Films, the film features a screenplay and story by Ankur Khattri.
The cast includes Akshay Oberoi and Heli Daruwala in the lead, alongside Kabir Duhan Singh, Vijayant Kohli, Hemant Pandey, Indira Krishnan, Santosh Shukla, Vikram Sharma, Agni Agyari, Kumar Saurabh, Ashwant Lodhi and Arshdeep Sandhu in pivotal roles.
‘Love Lottery’ is scheduled to release in cinemas on September 18, 2026.
