Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez was honoured at the prestigious Italian Global Series (IGS) Festival 2025, held in the scenic coastal town of Rimini. The actress, known for her roles in blockbuster hits, received the award on the opening night of the festival, celebrating her contribution to global cinema.
Taking to Instagram, the Housefull 5 star shared glimpses of the grand event, where she stunned in an elegant white gown as she walked the red carpet. Fernandez was joined by international stars including Kevin Spacey and Bridgerton actress Adjoa Andoh, with whom she also posed for a celebratory photo as they held their respective awards.
“Cinema as an art for me is not just about storytelling but a way to connect people across time, language, and continents,” Jacqueline wrote in her heartfelt caption. “To be acknowledged for helping share that with the world means more than words can express! Grazie di cuore.”

On the professional front, Jacqueline was last seen in Housefull 5, directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The fifth instalment of the popular franchise featured a star-studded ensemble including Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, and many more.
With its legacy dating back to 2010, the Housefull series has become India’s first comedy franchise to reach a fifth instalment, maintaining its box-office appeal and audience popularity.
