A chef-led pizza workshop built around a dough-first philosophy, Pizza No Cap puts slow fermentation and Caputo 00 flour at the heart of its craft. Expect 96-hour cold-fermented bases, ingredient-forward toppings like Kerala Flex and The Ottoman, and a custom brick oven that leaves room for experimentation. With an immersive 40-seat layout and open kitchen counter, this is pizza as performance and precision.

Together, Delhi

Inspired by Tokyo’s listening bars, Together is Delhi’s newest speakeasy-style address where vinyl, jazz and Japanese-influenced cocktails converge.
