Swiggy’s quick commerce arm, Instamart, has announced its first-ever annual mega sale, titled the Quick India Movement, which will run from September 19 to September 28, 2025. The sale will go live on both the Instamart app and the Swiggy app, marking a bold step in India’s festive e-commerce landscape.
As part of the sale, Instamart will offer discounts ranging from 50% to 90% across more than 50,000 products. The deals will cover a wide range of categories including electronics, kitchen and dining, beauty and personal care, toys, and more.
“Instamart is reimagining festive shopping by bringing the speed and convenience of quick commerce to the season’s biggest offers,” the company said in a statement.
Some of the highlighted brands and products include smartphones from OnePlus, Oppo, Xiaomi, POCO, and Realme, along with gadgets and appliances from boAt, JBL, Philips, Realme, Noise, Portronics, and others. Popular household names such as D’Decor, Borosil, Barbie, and LEGO are also participating in the event.
Even daily essentials from leading brands like L’Oréal Paris, Philips, Himalaya, and Nivea will be heavily discounted during the sale period.
To sweeten the deal, Instamart has partnered with Axis Bank to offer an additional 10% discount on payments made via Axis Bank credit cards.
“More than just festive-scale offers, Instamart Quick India Movement makes convenience, choice, and value instantly accessible to everyone,” the statement added.
This marks the first time a quick commerce platform is hosting a large-scale flagship sale event, putting it in direct competition with e-commerce giants like Amazon’s Great Indian Festival and Flipkart’s Big Billion Days, both of which have long dominated India’s online festive shopping season.
The timing of the sale is strategic, as the festive season typically drives a significant spike in online shopping demand. Other quick commerce players such as Blinkit and Zepto have also been rolling out festive sales, but Instamart’s Quick India Movement sets a new precedent for scale and ambition in the quick commerce space.
