IndiGo, now crowned the world’s most valued airline, has taken a bold step in blending travel with everyday convenience. In a strategic partnership with food delivery giant Swiggy, the airline announced that members of its BluChip loyalty program can now earn rewards on Swiggy transactions , from food deliveries to grocery shopping and restaurant bookings.
As per the information; Under the new tie-up, BluChip members will receive one IndiGo BluChip point for every ₹100 spent on Swiggy’s core services- food delivery, Instamart, and Dineout. These points are more than just perks — they never expire and come with no blackout dates, making them fully redeemable for future IndiGo flight bookings.
“This collaboration integrates our loyalty program into customers’ daily lives,” said Neetan Chopra, IndiGo’s Chief Digital and Information Officer. “From ordering meals to groceries, members can now earn rewards for their next trip.”
Swiggy’s Chief Growth Officer Phani Kishan echoed the excitement, stating, “Partnering with IndiGo enhances convenience and rewards for millions of users, aligning with our mission to elevate everyday experiences.”
To start earning, users simply need to link their BluChip accounts via the Swiggy app. The rewards stack seamlessly with existing Swiggy and Swiggy One benefits, offering double value for frequent users.
The collaboration taps into India’s growing digital-first consumer culture, where convenience and connectivity reign supreme. For IndiGo, which operates over 2,200 daily flights across 125 destinations, and Swiggy, which partners with over 200,000 restaurants and delivers across 100 cities, the move represents a powerful synergy between two of the country’s most-used platforms.
