Showcasing a stunning custom-made indigo sherwani, the global style icon brought Malhotra’s avant-garde vision to life, blending masculine silhouettes with feminine allure in a way that felt both rooted in heritage and unapologetically modern.
The ensemble, meticulously crafted by Manish Malhotra, stood out not only for its architectural tailoring but also for its opulent embellishments. The sherwani featured a raised bandhgala collar with a split neckline, diamond-studded buttons, padded shoulders, and sculpted full-length sleeves, giving the piece a structured yet fluid silhouette. Slits along the side and front of the ensemble added movement and edge, while the body-skimming fit paired with flared pants created a dramatic contrast of proportion and elegance.
Manish Malhotra, known for his deep reverence for Indian craftsmanship, infused the sherwani with elements that elevated it beyond the expected.
