Actor Shahid Kapoor has officially completed shooting for his upcoming film with acclaimed director Vishal Bhardwaj, marking their fourth collaboration after the critically acclaimed Kaminey, Haider, and Rangoon.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Shahid shared a monochrome behind-the-scenes picture with Bhardwaj and called the film a “super special” experience. The project remains untitled for now but promises something unique both in storytelling and character.
Shahid expressed his excitement, saying that working with Bhardwaj always feels like stepping into a “new world” and this time, he’s playing a “madly different character.” Just like Kaminey and Haider, this upcoming film features a titular role for the actor. 
Praising the ensemble cast, Shahid gave a special mention to co-stars Triptii Dimri, Nana Patekar, Farida Jalal, Avinash Tiwary, and Disha Patani, noting the incredible energy on set.
In his Instagram caption, he wrote:
“And it’s a WRAP. My 4th collaboration with this special man @vishalrbhardwaj. Excitement levels are off the charts… A titular part from him for the 3rd time. I am one of the KAMINEY, I am HAIDER, and now I am….”
Shahid was last seen in Deva and is now gearing up for what fans are already calling one of his most anticipated roles yet.
