Mark your calendars! The much-awaited NTR 31, starring Telugu superstar Jr NTR and helmed by KGF director Prashanth Neel, is set to roar into cinemas on June 25, 2026. The announcement, made by Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts, has fans buzzing with excitement as this powerhouse collaboration promises a cinematic spectacle unlike any other.
Sharing a striking poster and calling it a “massacre by the dynamic duo”, the makers also revealed that a special glimpse will be unveiled on Jr NTR’s birthday — adding to the fever-pitch anticipation.
The film, tentatively titled #NTRNeel but popularly referred to as NTR 31, began its major shoot schedule in Mangalore on April 22. Industry insiders hint that a short four-day shoot had already taken place in February, and the ongoing schedule is expected to continue through mid-May. 
Jointly produced by Kalyan Ram Nandamuri, Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili, and Hari Krishna Kosaraju, NTR 31 is being crafted as a genre-defining action drama. With Neel’s signature dark, gritty storytelling and Jr NTR’s magnetic screen presence, the film is expected to set new benchmarks in Indian cinema.
