Paramount Pictures has announced that The Angry Birds Movie 3 will hit theaters worldwide on January 29, 2027. The film will see Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Rachel Bloom, and Danny McBride reprise their roles as Red, Chuck, Silver, and Bomb. New cast members include Emma Myers, Keke Palmer, Tim Robinson, Lily James, Marcello Hernandez, Walker Scobell, Sam Richardson, Anna Cathcart, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Nikki Glaser, James Austin Johnson, and Psalm West.

Produced by Rovio and SEGA in partnership with Prime Focus Studios, Flywheel Media, One Cool Group, and dentsu, The Angry Birds Movie 3 follows the success of the first two films, which collectively grossed over $500 million globally. Directed by John Rice and written by Thurop Van Orman, the movie also boasts a talented creative team, including producer John Cohen and Grammy-winning composer Heitor Pereira, who returns to score the film.
John Cohen, producer of the film, shared his excitement: “We’re incredibly proud of our fantastic cast. With an all-star ensemble of comedic talent, we’re thrilled to bring these characters back to the big screen.”
The film will be produced by Cohen, Dan Chuba, and Carla Connor, with animation handled by DNEG Animation and key creative roles filled by Jeanie Chang (production designer) and Francesca Natale (character designer). The movie promises to deliver another hilarious and heartwarming chapter in the Angry Birds franchise.
